Der Nutzen eines solchen Systems besteht darin, dass alle im Fahrzeug befindlichen Ger\u00e4te eine gemeinsame Internet-Verbindung&nbsp;benutzen k\u00f6nnen. Dies geschieht, indem innerhalb des Fahrzeugs ein privates Dualband-WLAN und ein kabelgebundenes LAN zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt wird, es gibt also drei Seperate WLAN-Module. Die Verbindung zwischen der Oyster Access \/ der Oyster EasyNet und dem Internet kann dabei auf zwei unterschiedliche Arten stattfinden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00dcber eine LTE-Verbindung \u00fcber das Mobilfunknetz, mittels einer vom Kunden eingelegten SIM-Karte<\/li>\n<li>Nutzung eines lokal vorhandenen, \u00f6ffentlich zug\u00e4nglichen WLAN (z.B. auf einem Campingplatz \/ Stellplatz oder andere \u00f6ffentliche WLAN-Hotspots)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bew\u00e4hrtes wurde erhalten und doch ist alles neu<br \/>\nSowohl bei der neuen Oyster Access als auch bei der neuen Oyster EasyNet besteht das System aus einer im Fahrzeug verbauten Elektronik-Einheit und einer auf dem Fahrzeugdach verbauten Au\u00dfenantenne. Die Verbindung zwischen Elektronik-Einheit und Au\u00dfenantenne geschieht bei Oyster Access und Oyster EasyNet ganz klassisch \u00fcber jeweils vier hochwertige, koaxiale Antennenkabel. Anders als bei der Oyster Connect, ist die gesamte Elektronik in einem gemeinsamen und kompakten Geh\u00e4use im Fahrzeuginnenraum konzentriert.
